As a significant part of the Baptist Mission, our purpose is to foster Church Leadership development at every tier, shaping leaders who are well-equipped for proclaiming the Gospel and guiding the faithful.
At the heart of our vision is the creation of Bi-vocational leaders, those who can navigate through the diverse spheres of life while staying true to their faith-based calling. We believe that leadership extends beyond the pulpit, and this training is aimed at incorporating that understanding into practical, real-world scenarios.
Through the Ministry Training Hub, we focus on promoting discipleship from a “practitioner’s perspective”. We recognize the need for leaders to be adept in understanding, interpreting, and communicating the profundity of the scriptures.
Moreover, our emphasis on providing a professional orientation in the local mission field context ensures our leaders are relatable, accessible, and equipped to serve in the unique landscapes they find themselves in.
Our curriculum is committed to deepening your understanding of multiple faiths and recognising their inherent goodness. We believe that effective leadership and ministry hinge on understanding, respect, and inclusivity. Course Offerings
Our courses range from foundational studies for beginners to advanced leadership and theology for those ready to delve deeper. Each course is designed with the global and local mission field in mind, ensuring you’re prepared for service wherever God may call you.
Whether it’s a short-term study on the Gospel’s proclamation or a long-term course in multidimensional faith understanding and leadership development, our mission is to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and spiritual guidance you need.
Course Requirement
- have a sense of God’s call or leading into ministry.
- be biblically and spiritually qualified according to the standards of God’s Word in I Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- be currently involved in significant local church ministry.
- have the recommendation and support of their local church and remain accountable to their church.
- have the demonstrated ability to adequately read and comprehend English or the language used for training.
- have the proper motivation for attending the Ministry Training Hub.
- be able to state how they intend to use the Ministry Training Hub training in their church ministry.
- Be faithful, teachable, reliable men who will be able to equip and train others.
Admission Process (Must meet the requirement stated above)
- Inquiry and Registration: Start by browsing through our courses on our website. Once you’ve identified a course that resonates with you, click on the ‘Register’ button next to the course description.
- Application: Fill in the online application form with your personal details, educational background, and a brief statement of purpose explaining why you’re interested in the chosen course.
- Documents Submission: Upload necessary documents such as educational transcripts, identification proof, and any additional certifications (if applicable).
- Review: Our team will review your application, considering your interests and motivations to ensure the course is a good fit for you and your spiritual journey.
- Interview: Selected applicants will be invited for a virtual interview. This gives us a chance to get to know you better and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.
- Acceptance: Successful applicants will receive an offer letter via email. To accept the offer, you will need to make a confirmation payment, the details of which will be included in the email.
- Start Learning: Once the confirmation payment is made, you’re officially a part of the Mission Training Hub community! You will receive all the necessary information and materials to commence your learning journey.
