Current Issue: Climate Change Awareness

Today, I want to draw our attention to a pressing issue that affects not just our nation but the entire world – Climate Change. 

As the Director of Corporate Communications at Baptist Church Trust Association India, I’m deeply committed to addressing critical matters that impact our society. Climate change is a global challenge that calls for collective action. 

The scientific evidence is clear – our planet is warming at an alarming rate, leading to devastating consequences like extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and loss of biodiversity. It’s a challenge that transcends borders and demands our immediate attention.

In line with our principles of compassion and stewardship, let’s reflect on how we can make a positive impact. From reducing our carbon footprint in our daily lives to supporting initiatives that promote sustainability and conservation, each of us has a role to play. 

Let’s also encourage open conversations on this topic, as awareness is the first step towards change. By coming together as a community, we can strive for a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for our children and generations to come.
