Welcome to the Baptist Church Trust Association’s initiative – Project Kaushal Arjan. Inspired by the noble principle of “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime,” our project is committed to empowering individuals and communities through sustained livelihood training.
We believe in giving people the skills that not only uplift their lives but also ensure they have a lifelong means of earning their living with dignity, thereby shattering the glass ceiling of poverty.
In close collaboration with both Central and State Government Projects and Programs, our focus is laser-focused on enhancing lives and providing hope, especially for “Cured TB Patients” or their kin who have suffered the debilitating effects of this global pandemic.

- Tailoring: Stitch your way to self-reliance and creativity.
- Beautician Training: Learn the art and science of beauty, health, and wellness.
- Computer Training: From retail sales assistant, basic computers & DTP to social media marketing, and accountancy, leverage the power of technology to advance your career.
